Refund policy

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, email support@buymorefromee.com or call 6003218505 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy below applies.

Returns and refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. To start a return, email support@buymorefromee.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Bank processing times may add a few more days.

Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
